We serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth area and you will find our pricing to be very competitive. Our standard management fee is 10% of the monthly rent. We also make it a point to stop and “hand collect” rent from each tenant, compared to other companies who have the tenants “mail in the check”. By doing this we make sure every property is viewed at least once a month.

Stefan Inocan
Mr. Stefan Inocan has been a Texas resident since 1996. He is originally from Cluj-Napoca (Transylvania), Romania, Europe. He is the proud parent of two daughters, Nadia and Larisa. His education in Romania consists of a Bachelor’s degree in Residential Construction at the University of Cluj-Napoca Technical Institute. Mr. Inocan is President of P.I. Homes Construction and Remodeling Services. Mr. Inocan is headsman for three construction crews in the construction / remodeling business and oversees all activity for P.I. Homes Construction. Mr. Inocan is a proud supporter of the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce and Dallas Housing. He is a member of the board of directors at his local church in Colleyville and leadsman for their annual Romanian Food Festival. He is a Registered Builder and Re-modeler with license number 48036.
John Elias Papadopoulos
Mr. Papadopoulos has been a Texas resident since 1997. He is originally from Norwalk, Connecticut and moved to Texas with his wife, Jeannette, to complete his studies at The University of North Texas. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Tatiana and Sophia. Mr. Papadopoulos is a proud Realtor with Starcrest Realty in Bedford, Texas. He is also a supporter of the Dallas Junior Chamber of Congress and a member of Dallas Housing and Section 8. Mr. Papadopoulos is President of the P.I. Homes Property Management Division. Mr. Papadopoulos is also a partner of Terrace Living LLC, an apartment complex company located in Dallas, Texas. He plans on continuing his education in the Real Estate field, and on passing his educational studies on to others by instruction of Real Estate Fundamentals in the near future.
